     About the Founder

Dr. Pon is a trainer, speaker and entrepreneur. He has a multi-disciplined academic background. He holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He is a Certified Physician in Naturopathy & Yoga, a Certified Banker and a Certified Trader in Foreign Exchange.

He has a rich experience of more than a quarter century in the training field. He is a member of various professional bodies in the Training and Development field. He is an accomplished trainer in Whole-brain learning, Alpha learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

He regularly contributes articles for leading Newspapers and Magazines on Management, Education, Health, Finance, Marriage and Parenting. He is a regular guest speaker in TV & Radio talk shows, HRD Conferences, Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, Schools and Universities.
